Pricing Plans

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and process payments securely through Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-compliant.

We offer four verification levels to help customers make informed decisions. None is the default state with no verification. Basic means either identity or business has been verified. Verified means both identity and business have been confirmed. Premium is the highest tier and comes with additional platform benefits. All verified levels (Basic, Verified, and Premium) display a verification badge on operator profiles and appear higher in search results than unverified operators, with Premium ranked above Verified, and Verified above Basic.

The platform charges a small service fee on each transaction to cover payment processing and platform maintenance. Operators receive the majority of each booking payment. Exact fee percentages are shown during checkout.

Guy & A Bot is a connector platform — we do not provide insurance, liability coverage, or equipment insurance. Operators are independent businesses and are responsible for carrying their own insurance. Customers are encouraged to ask operators directly about their coverage before booking.
