  • • Usage data (pages visited, time spent, clicks)
  • • Location information (with your consent)
  • • Cookies and similar tracking technologies
  • • Log files and analytics data

Data Minimization Principle

We only collect information that is necessary for providing our Services, improving user experience, and complying with legal obligations.

Google Calendar Data

Google Calendar is an optional operator feature. This section explains the Google user data Guy & A Bot accesses, why it is used, how it is protected, and the controls available to you.

Data We Access

With your approval, we receive OAuth grant information and Calendar data returned by Google, including calendar and event identifiers, titles, descriptions, locations, dates, times, all-day and status information, update metadata, and organizer, attendee, or conference fields when Google returns them.

We also receive access and refresh credentials, approved scopes, synchronization cursors, and watch-channel metadata needed to maintain the connection.

How We Use It

We use this data only to synchronize events from the connected Operator's primary Google Calendar into local import records and history, run full or incremental imports, create the dedicated Guy & A Bot calendar, export eligible bookings and service missions, update or delete tracked Guy & A Bot events, and detect calendar changes.

Synchronization history reports import status and timing, not imported event contents. Imported records are not currently rendered in My Schedule and do not block booking availability automatically. We do not use Google Calendar data for unrelated product features.

Storage and Security

Google OAuth access and refresh credentials are encrypted with authenticated encryption before they are stored in our database. Calendar event content and synchronization metadata are stored in Guy & A Bot systems only as needed to provide and operate the connected feature.

Google API traffic uses HTTPS, credentials are not exposed through public application responses, and access is limited through application and operational controls.

Sharing and Human Access Limits

We do not share Google Calendar data with other marketplace users. Transfers are limited to service providers acting for Guy & A Bot to host, secure, or operate the feature, or to disclosures required by law, security, or abuse prevention.

Personnel do not read Google user data unless you have given affirmative consent for a specific support purpose, access is necessary for security or abuse investigation, the data is aggregated and non-identifying for permitted internal operations, or access is required by law.

Retention, Disconnect, and Deletion

We retain connected Calendar data and synchronization metadata while the connection is active and for as long as needed to provide the feature, protect the service, or meet legal obligations. Disconnecting stops future access and synchronization and attempts to stop the active Google watch, but it does not automatically erase every previously imported local record or remote event.

Disabling export stops future Google writes. A separate deletion action removes tracked Google events created by Guy & A Bot from the dedicated export calendar. Disconnecting or disabling export without that deletion action leaves existing remote events in place and never deletes events from your primary Google calendar.

To request deletion of retained Google Calendar data, contact [email protected]. We may retain limited records when required for security, legal, tax, or dispute obligations.

Google Limited Use Commitment

Guy & A Bot's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, use it for lending or credit decisions, or use it to train generalized or foundational AI or machine-learning models.
